o
A Higher College Degree Leads to Higher Income.
Students have no choice but to borrow enough money to pay for college education
while later earning an unequal, stagnant, and non-respectable wage (Taylor et al., 2020).
Even with millennials perceiving it as a way to climb the career ladder and obtain higher pay, although a college education is beneficial, the cost of assessing it could be a barrier to financially constrained households, resulting in the inability to build sufficient retirement, resulting in a lower quality of life (Korankye, 2024).
o
Education is key.
Travis et al. (2020) stated that the financial burden of student loans on individuals in the millennials is a growing concern amid rising tuition and cost of living.

U.S. has been affected by student loan debt that many millennials are not able to afford unless the government reviews
its policies to make education affordable (Mountain et al.,

According to Lu et al. (2021), many people are going through financial hardship, often with monthly expenditures resulting in the inability to build a sufficient retirement.

Motivational theory
Company managers use this theory to motivate their employees to be more productive, and the hope of borrowing enough money through student loans to pay for and earn a college degree will guarantee a respectable job is still being determined (Yoes & Silverman, 2021).
The desire to gain knowledge, skills, and personal development to succeed motivates many to take on excessive student loan debt to study, however, at the end they find themselves overwhelmed with debt and as a result

Ethical Dilemma When Algorithms Discriminate
Promising companies the ability to get to know their customers and maximize the benefit gained from each one, CRM systems could be called a
marketer's dream. CRM software allows companies to look closely at customer behavior, drilling down to smaller and smaller market segments.
Once so segmented, customers can be targeted with specific promotions. For the company, this process reaps the greatest returns from
marketing efforts because only those customers are targeted who are likely to respond to the marketing campaign.
From a customer's perspective, CRM systems seem like a great idea. You finally stop receiving advertisements for things that don't interest you.
But what if a company uses its CRM software in a more discriminating way? Where do companies draw the line between using CRM data to
offer certain clients customized deals and unethically discriminating against other customers? For example, lenders, which often segment their…

Many people think that fangirls are crazy teenage girls who cry because of their obsession with a celebrity. They believe that the fangirls have no lives and devote them to these stars that appear on TV screens (http://insert-name-here.weebly.com/reflections/the-psychology-behind-fangirling; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nS2QqSQbjOQ). A fangirl is a generic term that can mean anyone from any age (usually teenagers) who is ‘obsessed’ with a band, artist, actor, sportsperson, television series, or even books. Each one of these categories is put into something called a fandom. Fandom stands for ‘fanatic domain’. Fangirls or fanboys talk about their obsession in these domains, usually on social media. Several factors drive people into being fans - social (family, group affiliation), psychological (self-esteem, escape), personal (aesthetic, entertainment, eustress, economic). From a marketer’s perspective, how will the knowledge of these factors influence the marketing strategy of any…
