For each of the three strategies, write a statement describing the potential difficulty that Raoul
could have with this assignment.

Providing effective content instruction: Raoul's teacher lacks effective content instruction
by failing to consider each student's individual variations and learning preferences. Raoul
struggles to learn effectively through lectures. The teacher only utilizes lecture style
teaching to advise about endangered animals and assign the presentation task. Raoul is
left bewildered and perplexed because he was unable to hear what was being taught and
then the assignment.

Creating supportive settings: An encouraging and organized learning environment
promotes student engagement and respects each student's cultural and linguistic
backgrounds. Raoul's teacher is not accommodating to his learning style. Raoul is also
not allowed to speak with his fellow peers to get more information about the assignment,
since his teacher said everyone has to work independently. Raoul is only provided with
verbal directions as the teacher does not demonstrate or provide examples of the
assignment.

Modeling desired outcomes: As stated before, the teacher does not provide or distribute a
sample of what they expect the pupils to deliver. Raoul is having difficulty
comprehending oral instructions, leading to a lack of understanding regarding the lesson
on endangered species and the requirements of the assignment.

to support Raoul in meeting his two goals.

Providing effective content instruction: Raoul's teacher must be knowledgeable about
efficient instructional methods. Multiple tools are necessary to individually link each
student with the information, allowing the teacher to effectively address student needs
and respond to misunderstandings.

Creating supportive settings: Raoul's teacher must create and sustain a positive and
efficient learning environment in the classroom. This environment should allow students
to make and learn from their mistakes, express their full identities and abilities, and feel
welcomed and valued as part of the learning community. The teacher must design tasks to
enhance students' engagement with the subject matter and maintain the positive and
productive learning environment in the classroom.

Modeling desired outcomes: The teacher should have finished a presentation before
giving it to the pupils. This preview allows students to understand the assignment's
structure, potential challenges, and required performance standards. The teacher's
completed example might be used as a demonstration, a key for students to check their
work, or a foundation for creating grading criteria.
