Introduction Groundswell Investment Group, LLC. (GIG) is proud to be bringing to the consumer and institutional markets wearable, wireless equipment for sports tracking and athlete health concerns. As shareholders, GIG wants to update you on the brand and its product line being brought to the markets. Following that, GIG is providing the major SMART goal for the brand's launch to market along with why that is relevant. Closing this update will be about how GIG will attain the SMART goal along with the rationale behind using the SMART goal approach for GIG. Welcoming the world to the era of Trackle™ In today’s world of health-conscious consumers, sports injuries can occur at any moment. Taken from the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Disease website (National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, 2018), a sports injury refer s to injuries that can commonly occur during periods of sport and exercise though not exclusively only to athletes. Having the ability to monitor a user’s physical exertion along with giving them updates on specific areas of the body in a convenient manner is something that can help them navigate their activities. Trackle™ is GIG’s brand of wearable smart devices that have technological advancements to sports performance and health tracking not only vital statistics of the wearer but other factors that can be imposed onto the wearer that has a linkable way to the Trackle™ website and proprietary app. Sports injuries can be separated into 2 types, chronic and acute injuries (National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, 2018). Using proprietary software that was designed by GIG, raw data is collected and uploaded to the Trackle™ website along with the smartphone app available on both the Apple IOS and Android OS. From the user interface, a consumer can input their own health goals along with areas of concern on their body to tailor a monitoring program that helps them be in further control of their health plan through biometrical tracking. GIG’s SMART goal and explanation of its creation As a refresher, a SMART goal uses the acronym of S mart, M easurable, A chievable, R elevant, and T imebound to define the parameters as they pertain to a goal of the company to ensure the objectives are attained within a certain time frame (Boogaard, 2021). By using the 5 parts together, GIG can construct a goal that can be trackable and executable with high levels of success. For our SMART goal for Trackle®, GIG presents the following goal. The Trackle™ brand will amass 10,000 new and unique users to the website/app platforms by the end of Q2 of 2024. This will be accomplished by the creation of targeted social media campaigns on Facebook, X fka Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram coinciding with having influencers promoting the Trackle™ brand of products on their media. Furthermore, using resources to have paid/sponsored research results on Google/Bing search engines. This goal aligns with GIG’s rolling out of the Trackle™ brand as an initial launch onto the consumer market. It has the
