I would like to say that the research study is an empirical because of the amount of sources used within the article. In Article 2: Impact of Worksite Wellness Intervention on Cardiac Risk Factors and One-Year Health Care Costs Scholarly or non-scholarly? While reading the article “Impact of worksite wellness intervention on cardiac risk factors and one year healthcare cost” I have determined that this research study is a scholarly source based on the publication, the American journal of cardiology. Empirical or non-empirical? While going over this research study, I feel as though that this study is an empirical because of the data charge listed within the study. The Article 3: Effects of Occupational Stress Management Intervention Programs: A Meta-Analysis Scholarly or non-scholarly? I feel as though this research study “Effects of occupational stress management intervention programs: A meta-analysis.” is a scholarly source based on the publication, the journal of occupational health psychology. Empirical or non-empirical? Well, it is true that I do think it is a scholarly source. I do not believe that it is also empirical. I’ll have to go with non-empirical based on the fact that it is based on other individuals data and not particularly their own.
