Characters
ACE,man in his early 20’s who’s a upcoming drug dealer. Half black and half Italian.
AL, man in his late 50’s and head of the mob. Thick Italian accent.
WAITER.
ACE WORKER

Setting
Al’s restaurant. Early 90’s in New York.

Lights up to reveal Ace and his crew entering the restaurant owned by Al. They approach the young waiter.

WAITER
M--r. Ace w--ha-t a pleasant surprise. Would you like a table?

ACE
Where’s Al? I didn’t come here for your damn Risotto, take me to Al.

WAITER
Mr. Armani i-s-s a um a he’s little busy. (ACE pulls out gun from his holster and points it at the WAITER.) …show more content…

AL
Everybody get out now. I need to speak with Ace here alone.
(AL Workers leave room)

ACE WORKER
Are you sure you want me to leave boss? I can stay behind with you if you don’t really trust the old timer.

ACE
I’m good man. If things get heated I have my piece. Just stand close by you’ll know if I need you.

ACE WORKER
Sure thing boss. (Whispers) And remember the plan.
(ACE WORKER leaves the room. Ace pulls up a chair across from AL and takes a seat.)
AL
Now we can actually talk without any distractions.

ACE
What do you want from me Al? I don’t have all day to sit here and play your games.

AL
Would you like for me to deal you in for a friendly card game. I could always use more money.

ACE
Cut the crap old man. You called me over here for a reason, now speak.

AL
(Laughs) You know you have some balls speaking to me like that people around here know to speak to me with respect. You’re lucky I haven’t had your tongue cut out and fed to my dogs by now.

ACE
I speak to you how you deserve to be spoken to. You know what cut the crap I know you didn’t call me over to converse about how I speak.

AL
You know other than you the only person I ever allowed to talk to me like that was your mother. God. That woman had a certain hold on me, almost like a spell.

ACE
Don’t you dare speak of my mother. Her name is to precious to even grace your filthy lips. You never deserved her especially after what you did.

AL
You don’t ever tell me what to do on the matter
