Greetings Team Matadors of Business 302 (Group Five),
This is Yekaterina Melnik (you can all refer to me as Katerina or Katya or just my full name), as of right now I am your Business 302 group project manager for Exercises 1 and 2. It was a pleasure to meet you all on Friday, I look forward to working with you all throughout the semester. As we have decided the project manager will switch from assignment to assignment. Since these two exercises have relatively the same feel to them, I can go ahead and manage both, since they will be due simultaneously.
Reminder both Exercises are due Friday September 22, we will be presenting Exercise 1 (no more than 5 minutes) and turning in Exercise 2.
As of right now we have decided that next week on

Take a look at all the files carefully, I have put effort into making everything, in order to have organization, time management and limit confusion about what is occurring and will occur in this team. I expect my team in return to take this seriously, to be fully prepared for the meeting and for everyone to comment on the spreadsheet before the meeting.
There is a file called the Meeting Notes 1: this consists of the agenda we had for our first meeting, each meeting should have one and an overall summary of what we have done and notes (which Mina will add to the document, thank you so much for taking them), as well as the “obligations” of all group members for the upcoming meeting and the upcoming agenda along with the things we will do.
There is another file called Rules of Behavior Contract: this is a template I created which is going to be filled out, when we meet to reduce time and to be more productive, during the meeting after we fill in the details, if the format or anything else in the layout is disagreeable we can change and perfect it. Remember everything is subject to change, we all have a voice here and everyone’s opinions are respected. I made a template in order to have something that will organize our ideas and help us see what we are creating. We can stick with template or change it during the meeting. Either way having a template will help us structure things and make it a lot more time productive. But nothing is permanent

When you develop messages, what factors should you consider as you choose your words? Which considerations do you think are most important? Why?
There are many different paths people can take throughout their lives. In the novel, Fifth Business by Robertson Davies, the main character, Dunstan Ramsey, takes the path of the Canadian hero. There are many different steps to be taken by the hero and Dunstan Ramsey follows his path by completing each step.
The purpose of this memo is to summarize two of my group mate’s introductions and to compare our introductions to create an opinion on how I think the group will work out in the future.
Once a solution has been implemented, you cannot just leave it like that. Constant monitoring and reviewing is necessary. Different plans may need to be laid / adjusted and solutions arrived at, during the problem solving process if the previous solutions did not work. This also helps with long term success of the business.
The framework for communication will revolve around the teamwork between the department heads, team project, and their technical communication. Whenever something gets wrong, we need to consider it as an opportunity for improvement instead of punishing and blaming someone. All department heads should be open minded to discuss any issues regarding the organization. Continuous improvement is everlasting and something will be there always to improve. Each department has to document all of the problems using same a template and that will help all department heads to understand the problem quickly and analyze and come across a solution to apply in the future. This report will help to identify the nonconformities, and the department heads should take action to correct all types of nonconformities including ‘critical, major and minor’ by setting priorities. For instance, if we ordered the material later than expected then we should record that and we can use that data to develop new expected date to use for the future
When I review my time with my colleagues, I feel that my members would agree that I always came prepared to our meetings. During each meeting, I would hand write my own personal notes to be able to compare to our minutes, agenda and homework assignments that were posted every Thursday on Basecamp. I bought a different outlook to our discussion each week by address low income families in Colorado and how we could create personalization for families without financial resources.
There will be a meeting that all group members are required to attend on Tuesday, September 20th. The meeting will take place at the fourth floor of the University Library at 10 A.M. We will discuss about what company we are going to analyze for our team project and we will also talk about each person’s role and responsibilities for the project. The discussion that we are going to have is important critical to our success on this project, therefore makes it a mandatory meeting for all group members.
Another issue, I've checked on the blackboard, there are only 4 (four) templates for the discussion memos while in the course outline there should be 8 memos. Is there any change? because I didn't attend the first class. And, should I write memos based on your suggestion section? I mean when

The business world today is more global than ever before. Every business from manufacturing to fast-food and coffee has gone to a global format. The market place that businesses must compete for market share in is no longer just a domestic one, the competition they will face is in the foreign market as well as in the digital market place. With the new ever changing business world, the business plans that organizations utilize, must be updated and continuously improved to ensure the organization is changing with the demand of the market.
As we came up with our research idea for the meeting we made sure everyone's idea was gathered and that everyone’s ideas were heard. We never left anyone out and wrote down
