Q1: Tell me a little about yourself. Where are you from? What is your major? What kind of technical background do you have?
A1: I’m simple guy and I like to hunt and travel. I worked 8 years before as supervisor in HR department. I’m back to collage to continue my education. I’m from Saudi Arabia. Majoring in BI. I believe I not that bad in technically in general I can deal with many applications and operator systems on basic way.
Q2: What type of occupation are you leaning toward? What role do you see technology playing in your chosen career?
A2: I like management field in general. I think technology almost in everything in our daily life not just about occupations.

A4: I’m kind of interested on security Pc.

A5: Interesting and I like that.
Q6: How do you feel about not having a designated textbook for this class? Have you taken a class that did not use a traditional textbook before? If so, how did it go? Are you comfortable with the idea of using free and open-source resources for this class?
A6: As long as there are very clear instructions about what should I do in assignments and project Etc. I really don’t care about textbook.
Yes, I had two classes before. First one I spent a lot of time emailing my teacher back and forth, asking about many things in the classwork like assignments etc, because his guideline was not really clear. The second class, the instructor was professional and gave a very clear instruction and examples. I remember until right now I did not asked him about any things during the class period.

Colleen, Thank you for being open, reading and listening to our suggestions. You Rock!! As students we get the chance to express our view points and share our comments about the course after the semester is over, which does not benefit us during the semester. I appreciate the opportunity for the class to share with you our ideas and comments during the class.
As I discovered this, I tried to adapt my original plans to fit the class and the direction things took, but I think that I became bit flustered amidst the confusion about the précis. I was surprised at how difficult it was for me to decide in the moment what to leave out and what to include from my original plans. I wasn’t sure whether to give time to discuss the recommended reading, which I hadn’t planned upon doing. Well, I'm Kavi from India. I did my post graduate in social work specialized in medical and psychiatric. Recently I did bachelor of special education also did two post graduate diploma courses, post graduate diploma in hospital management and post graduate diploma in guidance and counseling. My graduation I completed bachelor of rehabilitation science from holy cross college. I'm carrying a work experience of 9 years. The team at Penn State Altoona has begun to create the interactive workbook teaching young students about cyber security. At the first team meeting members decided that create the workbook in the time allotted we would need to narrow our scope.
My career goal is to become an Information Security Analyst. An information security analyst, is involved with creating, testing and implementing network security measures. Therefore, I am pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science to achieve that goal. During my time at Queens College, I intend to take my technical electives cryptography, Assembler Language and Operating Systems. The cryptography course will be useful in learning how to create stronger encryption mechanisms to make it more difficult for unauthorized access. The course in Operating Systems will allow me to learn how to make an Operating System more difficult to infect with malware.
