Different Faiths
The three different Monotheistic religions Christianity, Judaism, and Islam have gradually developed into exceedingly divergent faiths. They vary in many concepts and differ from each other in a multitude of ways, such as all having different characteristics/customs, different beliefs, and different origins.
These three faiths have different characteristics/customs in their religions. For example, while Christianity uses the Bible, the Old Testament and the New Testament as their holy books, the Jewish Bible is the Torah and and the Islamic holy book is the Qur’an. They also have different places of worship, days of worship and leaders of worship. The Christians worship in Churches, cathedrals or chapels and are lead by either a minister, a priest, a pastor, or a reverend usually on Sunday mornings. The Jewish locale of worship is a synagogue or temple, lead by a Rabbi on Friday evenings where the men and women separate to pray. Lastly, the Islamic location of worship is a Mosque, lead by an Imam and their day of worship is Friday. Even though their day of worship is Friday, they pray at least 5 times each day. When they pray they must clean themselves wholly before they get down on the ground as a sign of respect towards Allah. They then get down on the ground with their forehead, nose, palms, knees and feet being the only body parts touching the ground and they pray to god.
