There is a large variety of assessment methods available for assessing learners’ achievements. These include observation; questioning the learner; examining product evidence; discussion; witness testimony; looking at learner statements; recognising prior learning; simulated environment; skills tests; oral and written examinations; assignments; case studies and projects. Choosing the most appropriate assessment methods is vitally important, to help and support the learner and to ensure the job of the assessor is as straightforward, reliable and problem-free as possible.

Explain how you prepare the required resources needed to assess your candidate’s knowledge and prepare and maintain conditions that support the effective assessment of your candidate’s knowledge and understanding.I always prepare my resources needed prior to assessing. I ensure I have the standards I need, any worksheets or handouts needed, Planning forms, feedback forms and addition support handouts. I also take care of the learners portfolio keeping this locked up in a cupboard.I ensure that the environment is easy to work in and somewhere the learner can write or take notes. I try to avoid any distractions that may affect the learning.This evidence will be referenced to Unit 303 Assessment

The musculoskeletal system is comprised of the bones, joints, muscle, tendons, ligaments and burse of the body. The major function of this system are to support and protect the body and foster movement of the extremities. Musculoskeletal disorder and injuries directly affect the quality of life of individuals and are causes of disability in the United States (BUNNER&SUDDART'S, 2014)
