Final Project I Draft Four: Personality Patterns July 16 th, 2022 Personality Patterns Summary Analyzing Amelia's personality characteristics will require five elements: openness to experience, which will assess her level of creativity and curiosity. The second element will be conscientiousness which will determine her level of organization and work ethic. Thirdly, we
2 FINAL PROJECT I DRAFT FOUR will examine extraversion, which will analyze Amelia's sociability and enthusiasm. The fourth element will be to assess agreeableness which will look at Amelia's level of kindness and friendliness. Finally, her emotional stability will evaluate her level of calmness and tranquility. These personality patterns will come from the Cultural Formulation Interview (CFI), intake, personality inventory, WHODAS 2.0, and the suicide ideation prompts. Openness to Experience Amelia reported in her intake interview that she is not motivated to do what she wants or needs to do and admits it is tough for her to make friends. Though these difficulties make it harder for her to be at the forefront, she loves bike riding, knitting, and aerobics. She also uses her free time to read, watch the television, take walks, and spend quality time with her partner. This information indicates that Amelia is more comfortable in a close circle and can explore more by herself than in a group. Conscientiousness Amelia reports that it has been difficult for her to maintain her LPC job due to her current crisis. This admission is contrary to the rating she gave her job as "good" and that she has been able to maintain the same position with the school district for the past ten years. According to WHODAS 2.0, she has moderate trouble remembering important things, analyzing and finding solutions, and concentrating for ten minutes. Extraversion In almost all the assessments, Amelia admitted that her sociability is lacking compared to most average people and has severe difficulties in making/maintaining/keeping new friends.
