We all know how steve jobs helped society; by creating iphones and even though he made iphones and Mac computers. It took hard work and bravery which. he was adopted and made fun of because he was. Also he was known for bad behavior because after he was bullied he then became the bully because he thought it was cool. As can be expected steve jobs needed to work hard to get to the point where he is now and here are a couple of ways he did. At high school he dropped out but he still took some classes and got smart. When he worked at apple his partner and donehim said they would split the profits 50-50 but steve jobs said that they only made 700 but really they made 2,500 which means that his partner got 350 and he got 2,150 and that took bravery but in a bad way. Also he hired john sculley which was brave because he was kind of a bad person but they needed him and so everyone at apple voted and they said they wouldn't hire him but steve jobs hired him anyway which turned out to be helpful and benefit and a brave move. Steve Jobs showed his unknow talents when dropping out of Reed college to pursue his company that he created which was Apple. He worked in a small garage expanding his business, of course he thought the company could become a big hit but not as big as what it came to be. He showed his unknown talents by increasing his business worldwide making computers, phones, and other sorts of technology that people all over the world were craving for. “We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4,000 employees.” This fact shows us that he was just a normal person just like us, and that he started out on his own. It shows us how far he truly has come. It also allows people to realize that they can do anything they set their mind to, just like Jobs did.
Steve jobs demonstrated to the world just how fundamental technology is in our developing environment. He exemplified a successful and innovative leader, especially in the face of failure. One could argue that although Steve Jobs was an extremely influential businessman of his time, he had numerous tragic flaws. Egotistic is a word that describes this illustrious worker. Credit for ideas were never given to the instrumental “behind the scenes” intellectuals, and without the them, he may never have been so successful. While he was working for Apple, people would always struggle with the individualistic approach he had and would often times complain about his boastful nature. He exhibited qualities that made his dislikable, however without Steve Jobs the iPhone, a
One element that contributes to Steve Jobs’ ethos is the fact that he is so successful in his career. Already knowing who Steve Jobs was, he led the audience to the appeal that we is successful because of his company in which he worked hard for. One of the first things he mentioned in his speech to make it so he is comes off as smart when he says he created Apple, a multi-billion dollar company, and Pixar, the “most successful animation studio in the world.” This adds on to his knowledgeable self, creating validity because the people listening view Jobs as being high in the successful level and makes the audience believe him. Jobs continues with his reliability by saying that he was a college dropout and still went on to be extremely successful.
Steve Jobs was most famously known for his ideas that skyrocketed the Apple’s revenue in the American entertainment and technology market. It was not Apple as a company that created such an impact in the American economy but it was Steve Jobs’ creativity, vision, and leadership. When Steve Jobs left apple for six months due to health
Steve Jobs paved the way for companies like Samsung and android. Steve also revolutionized the world in a different category film two men named John Lasseter and Ed Catmull came to Steve with a dream to make the first 3d animated feature film, it was called toy story. Steve believed in their dream, bought, and helped to found the company, it became hugely successful, Disney owns the company, and there is a building on the Pixar campus in memorial to him. Overall, Steve Jobs changed the world and we might be a decade behind if he did not create the things he did. The impact that Steve Jobs left on the world with his creativity and genius deserves to have a
Our world of technology today is what the world is run by. Technology is much different than what it was thirty years ago. We would not have the technology we have today if it weren’t for Steve Jobs. We wouldn’t have any of the Apple products that half of America uses if it weren’t for Steve Jobs work. Steve Jobs was a very intelligent person. He created many of ideas and objects. Some people would consider him a god to the technology world because of everything he created.
The difference between Steve Jobs and mythological, religious, or epic heroes is that Steve Jobs might not have saved the world from chaos or incarcerated an evil villain, but he has impacted the 21st century as his life journey has made him a distinctive archetypal hero. For example, when Steve Jobs describes his upbringing, Jobs states, “My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption (4).” He continues to add that he was rejected due to his sex at birth at the last minute by his then adopted parents, until he was adopted into an uneducated family causing his biological mother to refuse finalizing the adoption papers, until his parents promised that Steve Jobs would attend college; giving Steve Jobs a predetermined future as well as unusual birth circumstances. Steve jobs then goes on to leave his family at 17 to seek education and adventure at a college, such as Beowulf did when leaving Geatland to Herot in seek of adventure in Beowulf: A New Verse Translation by Seamus Heaney. In addition, Steve Jobs continued to persevere
Thesis Statement: Steve Jobs was always a brilliant student, but had a bit of a tough upbringing, but as anyone can see that didn’t stop him from creating revolutionary products such as the iPhone, iPad, and the Macbook Air.
There was many things that lead Steve Jobs’ towards to what he was and what he did, but the two major things that did was school and electronics. For him school wasn’t really a thing that he liked. The thing he loved to do was play pranks or tricks on the kids that were very technical. In the book Steve Jobs: Apple Icon the author Scott Gillam said that the pranks he did on the kids and teachers took skill, attention to detail, and the ability (Page 15). Unlike school the thing that really interested him was electronics. He loved electronics and that is what he spent most of
Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson is about the life of Steve Jobs and he came about being as wealthy as he was. It all started in 1955 when he was born in San Francisco and ended on October 5, 2011 in Palo Alto. Steve was well known for his company Apple. He changed the world with technology. If it weren’t for him and his company, I don’t think we would be as advanced and close with others as we are now. He was very argumentative, but he enjoyed making the users happy about the product. He was a jerk also, but it all turned out for the better for everyone in the product. He was a very hard determined worker and believed in only the best for the customers. I think he was kind hearted as well because of how much he cared about the users. He deserves the credit of building an excellent company and products.
Steve Jobs was amazing and he started one of the most successful companies ever. His company was extremely successful from the beginning, and set the way for technology. Steve Jobs was incredibly smart, achieved numerous accomplishments, and he will always be remembered for his company.
Steve Jobs had a rough childhood. He was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, and his dad was an alcoholic and sometimes also abusive (Isaacson 41). He lived in Santa Clara County, was a quite turbulent child, and did not care about school at all until he reached 4th grade, when his teacher Imogene Hill bribed him into learning. She saw potential in him, gave him candy and money just to get

In elementary school, Jobs was considered at class clown and a trouble maker by his teachers. Although he was a prankster, his teachers recommended that he skip several grades because they felt that he possessed a high level of intelligence (Desmond). In his high school years, Jobs wounded up being introduced to Stephen Wozniak through one of his friends. Both Jobs and Wozniak shared a mutual interest in the field of technology and the duo’s relationship proved to be beneficial later down the road when they crossed paths
Steve Jobs didn’t start out with much compared to what he ended with, he was just average growing up. He actually made the first Apple computer in his garage. This shows how determined he was when it came to being successful. He could do what he needed to do to start his company in his own garage. Steve was committed to making the perfect products. Jobs had some negative personality traits, but his will and determination overpowered those traits and caused him to be successful. When Apple was growing he had to make decisions that could risk the future of the company. That
