The Interactional Mode is very important to the human service filed. It helps the worker work in a way that is very beneficial in helping the worker client relationship grow. The reason this is so crucial is because it focuses on how to help us better understand how the interactions and systems that our in place work so they can be improved over time. The Interactional Mode is broken down and better explained in the three essential topics, which are Assumption of Symbiosis, Assumption of Obstacles in the Engagement, and Assumption of Strength for Change. These are all very important in the understanding of The Interactional Mode. The reason so many despise this is because change is hard to deal with for most people. However after any change takes place in the long run it helps because it adds a experice and helps you grow as a individual from that experice which gives strength in change. My main role in my job is to build healthy relationships with my clients and provide therapeutic treatment/programming that works to help my client’s progress through their time being placed within out residential facility.
