This table (Translation Table 1 SP.xlsx) was showing the method how they calculated the number that I had to pay. They used this table as a tool to explain to me why the number increases exponentially when I had asked them how they calculate the amount of money I need to pay. I got this table and the way to calculate the number some time in December 2014. And, it was long after the fact that I’ve been paying them -a thousand here, two thousands there- for years every single month since 2011. However, I first started keeping the record of payment in July 2014. When they requested more money from me in November 2014, I insisted that it was too much for me to pay within a short period of time. They confiscated my sister’s house and land …show more content…
Jesse helped me borrowed money from people. Finally, we paid the whole thing off plus processing fees (to retrieve the house and the land back) so that my sister and her family (her husband and two sons) got her house and land back. My sister and her husband told me they finally got the house and land back in around March/April 2015. They had to stay with her mother in law from December 2014 through April 2015. Dr. Jesse and I realized then that this episode may return back to us any second and we need legal helps. So, we obtained a Thai attorney who has experienced with the government’s demanding the high amount of money from the student studying abroad. To protect my family in Thailand and Dr. Jesse here in the USA, the attorney would represent me and go to the government court for me. He would request the judge to extend the time as long as the law could allow us to do. And, he would also ask to refigure the number/the amount of money needs to be paid. During filing the extension of the time, I would have time to breathe and didn’t have to keep paying every month as I’ve been doing for years starting some time in 2011. Then, to protect Dr. Jesse and parents, he would turn the case from the government against me to be the financial unit against me, which means the case would only affect me, but not my whole family name or my legal husband because the case would turn from the
According to the conditions above, what should their monthly payment be? If Kelsey and Cody do not send their payment in on time, what will the following month’s payment be?
Husband and wife, Gary and Renna Pehle were infected with HIV at the time they applied for life insurance with Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. The couple did not know they were infected with HIV at the time. The insurance company ran blood tests from the Pehles. The Pehles then signed a contract form which was given to them by a Farm Bureau agent. A nurse from Farm Bureau watched as the Pehles signed the contract. Blood samples were sent to a third-party laboratory called LabOne. Farm Bureau then sent a notice to the Pehles rejecting them from their life insurance policy, which advised the couple that if they wished to have their application reviewed to contact their physician. The Pehles did not take any action in doing so. Two years past and Renna Pehle is confirmed to have AIDS. The Pehles then sues Farm Bureau, LabOne, and LabOne’s medical director Dr. J. Alexander Lowden for negligence, for failing to tell them they were HIV-positive.
If there will be little downtime in between when the money is used and when it is gained back. On page 2 it disclosed, “All I need to do is put together a little financing, and I will be set for life.” The money that Ashleigh’s dad needs is going to be made back supposedly very soon. If so, that means that there is a good chance that Ashleigh’s mother wouldn’t even notice that the money was gone. If more evidence is needed, Ashleigh’s dad went out and said it. Page 4 read, “I’d have the money in your hands no later than Friday.” That would make it very likely, assuming that all goes to plan, that the statement sould be true. Additionally, Ashleigh herself asked if she could help, not her father. This would explain that it was only a favor that she brought onto herself. The compensation was really just a kind of thank-you gesture towards Ashleigh if she takes up the offer. On page 3 it disclosed, “‘Can I help?’ I asked.” The burden of asking was not Ashleigh’s father, but on

The story of Fun with Dick and Jane is one about a very up-and-coming business man who loses his job as a result of his employer’s economic difficulty. Consequently, these circumstances leave his family not only in a financial crisis, but in clear and utter hopelessness. From the grass literally being pulled out of their front yard to their home foreclosure, Dick and Jane faced tragic difficulties that many others faced in the recent foreclosure crisis. Dick and Jane felt so desperate that they decided the most appropriate solution was stealing what they needed to feed their family. This sense of desperation is what all those recovering from a foreclosure feel. Often times if families survive the immediate hardships of foreclosure, then there are lasting ramifications such as poor credit, emotional stress, and the loss of their home that they must face. In addition, they will struggle with obtaining future loans, be subject to higher interest rates, and subject to higher security deposits for utilities. These circumstances make it entirely difficult to recover from foreclosure and next to impossible to own a home once again. However, among these trials there are methods those recovering from a foreclosure can use to obtain a home such as a land contract. A land contract is a way to purchase a home with financing through the seller rather than a bank. There is also a time period in which monthly payments are made, and at the end of that time the buyer must pay for the home.

I reviewed the case of Mr. Sam Superstar and Dr. Peters, in regards to possible proceedings and to which party would be at fault. I have found that in this case both parties could be found at fault in many different violations, both civil and criminal. Therefore there could be possible proceedings brought against both parties. It shows many aspects, of many, violations of laws. These violations range from simple breach of contract to theft of property. We will need to look into the violations more in depth. Following you will find a summary of my findings.

Pat was very frustrated because she wanted to purchase a home but lacked the funds or credit to do so even though Pat was expecting shortly to receive a one-half million dollar final installment payment for some land she sold several years earlier. Dan knew that Pat was very interested in purchasing a home and approached Pat with a proposal to assist Pat in buying a home. Dan told Pat that he would help Pat with the financing. After finding the home she wanted to buy for $250,000, Dan and Pat orally agreed that Dan would purchase the home and "when you come up with the money, I (Dan) will sell it to you (Pat) for $250,000 plus a fair commission to be determined."

You asked why I charged you so much money to do the modification to your house when I charged Elizabeth and Daisy $500.00. You called me theft and that I fucked over you once again. I had to really stop to think. Why? Well I started searched my filed and found the modification documents and everything came back to me. The house had a foreclosure sale date. The attorneys were going to sell the house 15 to 30 days. You asked to help you but, I told you I would everything I could to stop the foreclose. The only thing a worked on for two week stop the foreclosure and then I worked on the modification. The modification took 3 months to get it approved.

Donna Driver unintentionally ran a red light, and caused a car accident with Vic Victim. Vic sustained severe injuries. Donna’s auto insurance policy with Gekko has liability coverage limit of $100,000.00. Vic’s medical bills alone run close to that, and there’s also his loss of work and pain & suffering to be taken into account. Vic wants to settle the entire case for $100,000.00, and Donna pleads with Gekko to do so since it is obvious that he could recover more than that based on the facts of this case. Gekko tells her that they will only offer $50,000.00, and if it’s not accepted, they will take their chances at trial.
This will also be found in the loan payment table; I may also obtain this from my mortgage lender.
