In this office we have lost two members of top management-an art director and an account executive. Some of the graphic designers and copywriters feel that their creative efforts are being rejected and are threating to leave. Although it is not completely clear why this turnover is accruing we need to act quickly as we have had multiple complaints from some of our clients. These matters demand immediate attention, as the Roanoke branch services some of the companies’ most valuable clients.
