Noyes, Alfred. An English poet; born in Staffordshire, Sept. 16, 1880; died in 1958. Among his publications are ‘The Loom of Years’ (1902); ‘The Flower of Old Japan’ (1903); ‘Drake’ (1908); ‘Enchanted Island’ (1909); ‘Collected Poems’ (1910); ‘Tales of the Mermaid Tavern’ (1912).
