Scott, Clement William. An English dramatist and critic; born at London, 1841; died in 1904. He wrote: ‘Lays of a Londoner’ (1882); ‘Lays and Legends’ (1888); the dramas ‘The Cape Mail,’ ‘Odette,’ and ‘Sister Mary.’
