Parsons, Mrs. Frances Theodora (Smith) (Dana). An American writer of Albany, NY; born in New York State in 1861; died in 1952. Under the name of “William Starr Dana” she published: ‘How to Know the Wild Flowers’; ‘According to Season’; ‘Plants and their Children.’
