Johnson, Owen. An American writer, born at New York City, Aug. 27, 1878; died in 1952; son of Robert Underwood Johnson. Among his books are: ‘The Varmint’ (1910); ‘The Tennessee Shad’ (1911); ‘Stover at Yale’ (1911); ‘The Salamander’ (1913); ‘The Woman Gives’ (1915).
