Sir Norman Angell (1874–1967)

Angell, Norman. Author and journalist; born Dec. 26, 1874; died in 1967; a naturalized American of British birth and French education. Among his publications, dealing primarily with the problem of war, are: ‘Patriotism under Three Flags’ (1903); ‘The Great Illusion’ (1910); ‘Peace Theories and the Balkan War’ (1912).
