Welcome as to the yeare the gladsome May;
Welcome as is the morning to the day;
Welcome as sleepe vnto the weary swaynes:
The fayre Elisa white with heauenly praises
The God’s white church adorned doth set forth,
The all white meaning and excellent worth:
The vertue white aboue all honour raises.
Yet let my pen present this little storie
Vnto the endlesse volume of thy glorie.
