Introduction of the company Nestlé is a pubic liability company in Switzerland. It is in tertiary production. According to the annual report (2014), it provide people with a wide range of food and beverages, throughout people’s life. It arms to help people having a more joyful and healthy life. Also, what the company promise of is: “Good Food, Good Life”. As for how they add value of their product. They processing the raw material into goods. Then, they add different nutrient for different purpose. For example, the special milk for seniors which was demonstrated in the annual report(2014), Nestlé’s Jian Xin Double Care, a specially designed milk for Chinese seniors, adding specific nutrients in order to help Chinese seniors to enhance heart and bone health. According to Forbes list(2015), Nestlé ranked at 59 in Sales , 20 in Profit, 194 in Assets and 14 in Market value among the companies over the world. As of May 2015,it directly employed 339,000 people, with $247.3 Billion in market capital and $100.08 Billion in revenue. These evidence demonstrate that Nestlé is a profitable company. Also, Nestlé (2015) suggested that it had $231,136 million in market capitalisation. As for its market share, Wyatt N (2013) cited in his report that Nestlé owned 11.3% market share in the global consumer packaged coffee market. Business function means a system which has parts working together to achieve the same objective. In turns of its business function, it can be divided into 4 parts which are Finance and Control, Human Resources (HR), Information Systems(IS), Supply Chain (Nestlé, 2015).Finance and Control department monitor the performance of business, while HR is managing the people. And IS is working to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Supply chain is the Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Physical Logistic or Customer
