All over the world, there are over 3,000,000,000 people living on less than $3.50 per day. However, even though there are many men, women, and children in our own country who live like this, there are others who live without a care in the world. These people need to take the time to realize that the basic necessities that they take for granted such as plumbing, water, food, and health care, could be the greatest luxury to someone across the world, or maybe even in their own country.
I do not want to live in a country where there are individuals out there whose salaries have too many zeros to count, while in the same place, there are people who struggle to provide basic needs for their family. Our country would be a more balanced place if we would just focus on our wealth distribution. For example, in our own country 1% of our population holds 40% of our country's wealth, and 80% of our population holds 7% of the wealth. Currently, 795 million people don't have enough food to balance out the amount of calories that they are burning. In simpler terms, they are starving. We have people wondering which restaurant they are going to go to for dinner , while at the same time others are wondering if they are going to eat at all. A simple solution to this problem would be to just not be greedy and share or donate whatever you can spare to the less fortunate. Even though that would fix our problem, it is not very likely to happen due to the fact that we as people are plagued with
