The right of entry to education resources is more than uncomplicated admission to a college. The right to use means to provide students with the devices they will need to be victorious in higher learning. Students with a recognized disability ought to be no omission. In reality, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, “ensure that all qualified persons have equal access to education regardless of the presence of any disability.” Objective replacement, class waivers, and revision of classroom management, testing and course necessities are all illustrations of behavior to supply access for the learner with a disability. A break down to the creation of such practical adjustments can place schools in breach of federal and state statutes, ensuing expensive fines.

The South of the USA is the root of slavery, and it is the most diversity of all regions in the world. It has many cultures, people, clothes, languages, poems, music, tales, foods, and burdens. A lot of slavery was brought to the South of USA against their wills. They did not even want to there, yet they were. They brought their cultures, languages, food, poems, music and tales with them. They served their masters and obeyed them with respect and fear. They could not fight for their freedom or themselves. Slaves were mistreated and they always had to eat what was left over.

Accommodation is not always provided in a timely manner, is often insufficient, and sometimes not provided at all. At the post-secondary level, information about services and supports is not always accessible, there are delays in accessing accommodations, and the right of students to confidentiality is not always

From the article, I realize that this is class is different from other courses that I took at MSU in way that it has engaging learning community where a student play a big role and responsibility in learning materials. (251), This will help me to think out of box, so that I can be an active participant in this learning community.

Since the class meets at 6:45p -9:15p, I felt it was important to hold office hours near the class time. Also, this class only meets once a week, therefore, there will be long periods between each lecture. Additionally, I am available by appointment to discuss classroom matters with students individually or as a group. I encourage interaction with everyone through me personally with the intent to understand issues that may arise during the semester. Email is the preferred method to contact the instructor for this course.
We will operate 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday) between 11 am and 4:00pm
This large-scale course runs on a traditional semester schedule with sixteen weeks of instruction. The course is comprised of both a one-unit lecture and two-unit lab. The lecture component is taught by a faculty member who is the lecture instructor, course designer, and supervises teaching assistants.
As an educator, the goal should be to guide students to success and helping educate them of their rights. In some cases, it’s also helping to guide them to obtain the proper accommodations needed in a timely manner.
