The business process model used by a computer service technician using wearable technology glasses to fix a broken computer.

Solution:

A Computer repair Technician can follow the business process model as explained with the help of a flow model below:

1. The technician either go the customer or get the computer to its office using any courier service.
2. The technician should scan the computer using the wearable glasses to collect the data.
3. Once the data is collected, technician can analyses the data using the wearable glass itself and must register the issues using the same wearable glass.
4. The technician can retrieve the computer manuals using the wearable glass and determine how to fix the issues using the wearable glass.
5. Now the Computer Technician just need to follow the method mentioned in the manual to fix the issue.
6. Now the computer Technician should run the computer to check that whether the issues have been fixed properly or not.
7. If issues has been fixed then register using the glass that issue has been fixed. If Not Go back and scan again and following the process again.
