The rate of mutation in gene of a germ-line cell in the oak tree egg relative to the gene of a germ-line cell in the mouse egg.

Introduction:

The germ-line cells are own cells of an organism that participate in the reproduction processes and pass the genetic information to the progeny. The mouse germ-line cells show only $50$ cell divisions before egg formation, while the oak tree germ-line cells show $5000$ cell divisions before egg formation. Hence, chances of mutations are higher in gene of oak tree germ-line cell.
