Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation:

The minimum amount of H2O needed to ensure that there is a liquid phase in equilibrium with a vapor phase and the minimum amount of CH3OH needed to ensure a liquid phase and vapor phase under the same conditions is to be stated.

The ideal gas law defines the ideal behavior of gases or vapors of the system. This law is stated by the formula given below.

PV= nRT

In the above equation, P is the pressure of gas or vapors, V is volume of the gas or vapors, R is the gas constant, T is the temperature and n is the number of moles of the gas or vapors.
