Given information:
Descriptive Statistics refers to summarize and describe the data in such a way that anyone can found useful or meaningful.
For e.g., the mean height of a class is 165 cm.
Inferential Statistics:
When a sample statistic is used to make the predications or inferences in future, these are known as Inferential Statistics.
For e.g., if as a surveyor standing in a mall asking about the preferences about a cloth company whether you like it or not, you make a table or graph is a descriptive statistics and by using the calculated statistics when you make inferences it is known as inferential statistics.
