To interpret:
A pedigree to determine the pattern of inheritance is whether autosomal dominant or autosomal recessive.
Introduction:
A pedigree is defined as the family’s history chart considering a particular given genetic trait. In a pedigree chart, males are specified by squares and females by circles. Colored circles and squares represent individuals expressing the genetic which are often a disorder. Union is the line between a square and a circle. A vertical line going downward leads directly to a single child. Generations are numbered down the left side, and individuals are then identified from left to right.
