Each person in your group should obtain a ruler and at least one ticker tape segment from the staff. All the tape segments were generated using the same ticker timer. Do not write on or fold the tapes. If a ticker timer is available, examine it so that you are familiar with how it works.
A motion that generates a sequence of evenly-spaced dots on a licker tape is called motion with constant speed. Explain the assumption about the motion that is being made when this phrase, is applied.
Discuss with your partners whether the object that generated your tape was moving with constant velocity.

- The relationship between the length of a pendulum L and the time T for one complete oscillation can be determined from the data in the table to the right. a. Find the least squares line equation and graph it simultaneously with the data points, with L as the horizontal axis and T as the vertical axis. Does it seem to fit the data? b. The first kid is on the ground (0.00 meter), whereas the second kid is on top of a 10.00-meter tall building. The second kid threw his ball at the same time that the first kid throws another ball upward. At the time that the first kid’s ball reaches its maximum height, the two balls will collide. i.) Compute for the initial speed of the first kid’s ball. ii.) Determine at what time and at what height the two balls will collide.arrow_forwardA plane leaves Seattle, flies 85.0 mimi at 20.0 ∘∘ north of east, and then changes direction to 51.0 ∘∘ south of east. - You need to guide a robot from the red dot on the left to the green dot on the right, avoiding the blue walls along the way. units To do this, you must feed it a series of commands of the form "turn degrees and move forward". Angles are measured in degrees, with positive angles turning counterclockwise, and negative angles turning clockwise. All turns are relative to the robot's current direction. The grid marks 1 unit squares. From the red starting dot, with the robot facing directly to the right, issue your commands: (all commands should be given as decimal values) Move 1: Turn 9 Move 2: Turn Move 3: Turn Move 4: Turn degrees and move degrees and move degrees and move degrees and move units forward units forward units forward units forwardarrow_forwardPls help ASAP and explain in detail and do step by step calculations pls I BEG.arrow_forwarda.
