Takes a number of hostnames as command arguments.
For each hostname, your code must perform DNS lookup, then print the host name
and the version of the resolved IP address, and the resolved IP address, in the
following format:

If the DNS lookup fails for a certain hostname, your code must re-attempt the lookup
for a total of three attempts. If the lookup fails for all three attempts, you should print
the statement "Could not resolve host name" for the host name.
