Introduction:
Immunization is the process by which a person’s immune system is trained to respond to a particular foreign microbe with the goal of conferring long term protection against the disease. The knowledge of the immunogenic portions of the microbe or adding a killed or attenuated form can stimulate the immune system to respond by producing a humoral response. However, the nature of the response necessitates continuous interaction with the immune system.
