Introduction:
DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is composed of two types of nitrogen-containing base, called purines and pyrimidines. The purines involve adenine and guanine and pyrimidines involve thymine and cytosine. Adenine joins with thymine and guanine joins with cytosine.
