Introduction:

Bone marrow is the major source of hematopoietic stem cells that gives rise to monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, erythrocytes, eosinophil, erythroblasts, megakaryocytes, and platelets in the blood. Aplastic anemia is a disorder in which the bone marrow cannot produce enough blood cells. Stem cells that give rise to erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets present in red bone marrow are destroyed by certain drugs or radiations, which leads to the development of Aplastic anaemia.
