When people are going through a panic disorder or panic attack, they feel sudden feelings of terror that can strike repeatedly without warning. So one minute they can be happy and cheery, and once a panic attack sets in, they would go from cheery, to depressed right that second without warning. OCD is repetitive, intrusive, irrational, or unwanted thoughts. So when people are going through this symptom, they might think of dying, or think of they are not worthy in this world, and that might lead to someone’s suicide. PTSD is when people experience or witness a traumatic event such as abuse, a natural disaster, or extreme violence. A little bit of anxiety can actually help a person stay attentive and on track. If we did not feel a certain level of pressure at a job or school, then perhaps we wouldn’t care about it as much. We might slack or leave a few loose ends that may cause us to fall behind.
