Introduction:
The plants have two types of defense mechanism by which they can protect themselves from the pathogenic attacks. The first response is a general response in which the protection is provided from every pathogen. The second response is an effector-mediated immune response in which a specific pattern of protein is recognized on the surface of pathogens. Together, these responses help the plants in their survival.
