Being in this class gave me insight on the way that I learn. I’ve had my share of jobs along with schooling and various other learning experiences. Some good, some bad but I can honestly say that I never noticed the pattern on how I learn. Now I know I learn more by being more of a hands on person. Also utilizing my thinking and problem solving skills has helped with my growth. I also found it important to use my reflective observation too. Mostly combining different learning styles have helped me in life to understand the way I learn and the benefits that could come if I use my strengths to further my ambitions.

So, for this assignment I stalked (sorry, observed) a girl in my math class. She has blue hair, wears wide glasses and is very unique. (I think she is the only one in the school with blue hair, so you may already know who this is. Oops.) I started observing her on September 3rd, and from day one I got the vibe that she was smart. A Database Management System or (DBMS) is an essential tool for any organization or company in today’s modern world. A DBMS is “a group of programs that manipulate the database and provide an interface between the database and its users and other application programs” (Stair & Reynolds, 2011, p. 189). So in choosing the right DBMS there are many factoring issues with choosing the right one for the company or organization. When choosing a DBMS one has to think about how the system will ultimately help the company or organization with day to day processes and the goals of the company or organization.

To this point, the team has been operating according to the set time mentioned by the team leader in T1 assignment. So far, the team is as well working collaboratively by helping each other with the team assignments, answering the questions if any and also doing each individual part on time. I examine that each and every one of the team members arrives at the meeting on time and well prepared with the intention that upcoming assignment is completed on time. None of the team members feel shy or uncomfortable in talking with the group members regarding their opinions for the assignments.
